What happens when the free trial ends?▾
You'll be billed AU$8.99/month to keep adding new transactions. If you don't subscribe, you can still sign in and export all of your data to CSV any time — you just can't add new transactions until you start a subscription.
Do I need an ABN to use it?▾
No. The app is designed for ABN workers, but anyone tracking side income is welcome.
How are tax estimates calculated?▾
We apply current ATO resident sole-trader marginal rates (2024–25) to your profit (income minus expenses). It's an estimate — your accountant or the ATO confirms the final amount.
Is GST handled?▾
Yes. Tick "includes GST" on a transaction and we'll split out the 10% portion automatically. The Tax page shows GST in vs GST out and what's likely owed for BAS.
Can I export my data?▾
Yes — always. From the Tax page you can download a CSV with all your transactions, even after your trial or subscription ends.
Where are my receipts stored?▾
In a private, encrypted bucket attached to your account. Only you can access them.
Does it work offline?▾
You need an internet connection to save data, but the interface is fast and lightweight — perfect for sketchy reception on the road.
Can I delete my account?▾
Yes. Go to More → Delete my account. This permanently removes your profile, all transactions, receipts and any active subscription. It can't be undone.
