What we collect
We collect the information you give us when you create an account (your name and email), and the financial data you choose to record in the app (income, expenses, receipt images, notes). We also keep basic technical logs (e.g. errors, session timing) to keep the service running.
How we use it
We use your data to provide the app — saving your transactions, calculating tax estimates, and showing you your records. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with the ATO, your accountant, or anyone else, unless you explicitly export or send it yourself.
Where it's stored
Your data is stored securely with our cloud database provider, encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Receipt images are stored in a private bucket that only you can access.
Your rights
You can view, edit or delete your transactions at any time. You can request full account deletion by contacting hello@abnpocket.app.
